Symbol Chunky or Hi Bulk is coated on one side with a high-bulk substrate, resulting in a strong and stiff card, perfect for packaging. This product is completely bio-degradable and recyclable. Symbol Card VSA 1.5 is manufactured by special runs. It’s available upon a request and needs a minimum lot of production.
Can be used with the main printing systems: offset, blind embossing, hot-foil, letterpress, thermographic and screen printing. Satin coating features make offset print yield and printability, results comparable to Symbol Freelife Satin. The uncoated side of the single-coated product is designed to ensure good printability even with solid colours. Good results can also be achieved with all the main converting process: cutting, die-cutting, scoring, sizing, brochure, varnishing and plastic lamination.
